Doron is the best TA I have ever had because he truly cares about his students -- not just as learners, but as individuals. From the very first lesson, he made a point to learn all of our names and call us by them, making each of us feel seen and valued, even in a large class spanning multiple sections. His ability to foster a sense of community in a challenging course made a huge impact on our learning experience.

Doron was one of the best graduate student instructors I've had and truly made learning about management enjoyable. He was effective in using simple and relatable examples in reference to the topics we learned in class, and created an engaging and collaborative environment geared towards discussion. It was thanks to this that our recitation classes were never boring, all of us were focused, and that all of us weren't scared to raise our hands and speak what was on our mind.
